Our suite was great. The food was good at lunch and dinner.
Everything was nice and clean.
After having to change rooms due to a maintenance issue everything was great after that. The front desk staff was great (Denise 2.0) and worked with us on the room change. We will be coming back this summer with the family.
We have enjoyed our stay! We will be returning! Great location to everything!

Hotel had extra staff to check in large group. Also allowed early check in. Pet friendly. Restaurants good. Nice sitting areas with entertainment. Beds comfy.
The room was in the best part of the resort, close to the elevator on the side of the property closest to the dog park. Only two concerns: the elevator on the right hand side closet to the dog park wouldn't go to the 2nd floor, button not working. And cash was missing from my wallet two days in a row $20 missing after the room was serviced on Tuesday 9/17 and $40 missing after the room was serviced on 9/18. I was planning on leaving the staff a cash tip before leaving on Thursday 9/19 but my cash had been taken while we were at the beach the two days prior. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
