We don't like being so close to the toll road that you can hear the semi's at night. The ice machine on our floor was broke and the one that I used, hesitantly, looked pretty gross. Kinda disappointing. When I checked in and they pulled my name up it did not show me as a IHG member, I had to give them all of my info again. Again,disappointing. Just did not feel like the same hotel and we have stayed at this hotel several times. The bed was uncomfortable woke up with a sore lower back/hips. FYI, I am not a fluffy person, I am petite. Not sure I would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Used the pool, also nice, clean, well maintained. Only scary thing was the elevator, which jerked and groaned enough for me to tell my spouse we might die on this thing. Oh and the complimentary breakfast is great.
