when placing order for a room I was placed with third party and charged $70 for that service..I thought I was reserving a room through the front desk.

I was staying at the hotel so that I had a place sleep while I was at my Moms bedside as she was dying. The front desk agent Christy could not have treated any better. She showed so much empathy took good care of me.
I stay with Holiday Inn Express and Suites Logan, several times a year, it has always been a comfortable, clean and professional stay. The employees at the front desk are always prompt and professional, very welcoming. One of my favorite things is the breakfast, the ladies who attend to the breakfast are excellent, food is very fresh and good. Sue Collins Idaho Falls, Idaho Teton Radiology.
