Liked everything about the room but light on amenities such as Kleenex. My daughters enjoyed the fitness room and pool.

We had booked two rooms and one had to be canceled. The staff took care of the cancelation and also waived the fee. During our stay our dog was not well. The evening staff provided emergency vet contact information as well as printing out the directions should I need them. They didn't have to but they went above and beyond and made our stay much more than it was turning out to be. I will be returning to this location and hope to see the same friendly faces to greet me.
The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.
The hotel and personnel were great. We were charged a Refund Protection Plan which we did not ask for, although the reservation person was hard to understand; it was over our phone through our truck radio. Everything else was great. That being said, it was great. We loved the fact that the floors were tiled rather than carpeted as we had our dog with us. She is well behaved and never barks but the floors would be easy to clean if she did have an accident.
We regularly stop here on our way home from Colorado to LA with our dog. It’s always comfortable, quiet and welcoming.
Doors are all dinged up and scuffed. Staff was great, breakfast great.
