We were in Pobleo County for my brother-in-law’s funeral. I was in need of finding some fresh cut flowers. Ronnie greeted me when I walked in. She confirmed our reservations, asked if I needed anything else. I proceeded to tell her why we were there and what I needed. She gave me directions to a grocery store near by, I got exactly what I needed. She is a very nice lady. I seen her the next day, she still asked if we needed anything. I said "Can I give you a hug?" She said sure we all need one once in a while. It’s people like her at your front desk that keeps people coming back. Everything was just fine, the breakfast lady also very nice and kind. I work in food service at a public school so her and I had a very nice chat. Thank you for the nice stay. Beautiful hotel. ❤️.
Fridge is not good. Candlewood is much better next door.
First step in the room and my kids asked what the smell was (and THEY smell terrible as they are hockey players and fresh off of tournament games). The sheets had hair on them (THAT hair) we slept on top of the bedspread as we got in super late. In the morning, we just needed coffee which was fine, but the rest of the breakfast was so dry and there was one disgruntled woman hurrying stocking everything. We ate breakfast down the road at Cracker Barrel.
We always stay at this particular hotel whenever we visit our family in Pueblo. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast hostesses, Helen and Sapphire, are wonderful. We had a issue in our first room and the staff allowed us to change rooms immediately,.

The staff is fantastic especially Ellan in the cafeteria and the maintenance man (sorry I forgot his name). Have already made two more reservations for this hotel. Great place to stay.
