Very clean, comfortable. Wonderful friendly employees. Would highly recommend.
Didn’t realize I booked an accessibility room until I checked in. The room had scratches on the wall, markings on the floor and the carpet felt sticky. Hated the shower. One of the shower heads wasn’t working and water went everywhere due to it being flat for wheelchair accessibility. The bed was okay; clean bedding. Loved the pillows. Fridge worked good. Didn’t use the microwave but I love how I had the option if I did need to use it. Where I was located was pretty noisy. I was on the 2nd floor but near an opening where you could see and hear what was happening on the 1st floor (check in, breakfast, etc.). The room above me had small children who kept running all over the place. Felt like a horse stampede was going on super early on Sunday morning. Not sure if I will ever stay at this holiday inn ever again. If I do, I’ll definitely make sure I don’t have an accessibility room and I’ll request the top floor.
