Frontdesk is Very much, w/o behavioral quality for hospitality business and the likes. Staffs are not pleasant, kinda ill mannered. Those kinds that I would avoid just to evade any conflicts.. Frontdesk loves to make it difficult for online bookers. Anyway, It’s motel6…what’s new! I hope I can experience a real hospitality atmosphere in a motel6 property, and not be given this image of communistic barbaric behaviors, gangster style management for once.

The Motel 6 met my needs for basic safe accommodations. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. The only real issue was with the reservation service, reservation.com, which was my choice. I pd the cost in full to the service, but upon check in, Motel 6 only received a partial payment from the reservation service requiring me to pay even more money to the front desk clerk. The Motel 6 employee clearly explained the situation to me and provided all the necessary info to get a refund. Ultimately, I did get my money back. The room met my needs and the front desk clerk was kind and helpful.
Room clean and stocked, staff is always very friendly and professional, love staying here.

The room was clean. All of my requests were matched with what I got. The staff was friendly and even offered to assist me with my bags. When I needed to leave early no one questioned me and again I was offered assistance with my bags.
