I specifically asked if there was a pool. Was told there was a pool and hot tub. Both pool and hot tub closed for maintenance but there was no evidence that they were ever open. Felt lied to.
The clerk was helpful and pleasant and the room was clean; beyond that it was horrible. We requested a bottom floor as my husband is handicapped and there is no elevator and we did not get that. We looked forward to using the swimming pool and it was closed which we did not find out until we checkedin andwe did not receive any kind of discount. The room was basic as we expected but not even any tissues or shampoo??? The air conditioning in our assigned room did not work but at least the clerk moved us to a different room. There was only one ice machinein the whole hotel on the bottom floor for over 200 rooms; again it was difficult for us to go up and down the stairs. Speaking of the stairs the carpet was a wildly dimensional print and my husband almost fell down them due to crazy illusions. Also the "dog park" was an overgrown weed/bug infested field. I would not reccommend this hotel and will not return.
