We payed for a king room, When I checked in I was given a two queen bed room without a parking lot view. When I questioned I was told that I was wrong and the queen room was all that was available, when I showed the front desk clerk my email confirmation showing the king room she told me that the email was wrong and he system was correct. I originally booked the room for two night, since I didn't get the room type that I had requested I checked out after the first night but was still charged for two nights.
The staff were accommodating when we added an additional night. My room was very comfortable! The breakfast menu was very good! I would stay there again next time I am in town.

We stayed for three nights and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was amazing, helpful and accommodating with all our needs. The facility was super clean and well kept. We will definitely be back.
When we arrived we had the kindest employee help us get checked in. She was super helpful and professional! The room was a perfect size and well cleaned. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a good thing I didn't have a lot of luggage. That would have been tough climbing three flights of stairs. It takes the water sometime to get warm, evidentally the 2nd floor gets it first. This is the third time we have stayed there and this was the worst its ever been. I may have had a bad day. But, you pay ,you should be provided.
Front desk staff friendly and helpful but need to be there.Disappointed pool out of service. Good nights rest.
