I have been a patron of the Graduate for several years. They have always been great. They were not accommodating at all this time. Not thrilled with our our experience.
Join us over in Cabin 82, a cozy café that feels as familiar, fun and welcoming as a spin around the Neshoba County Fair. I have been a patron of the Graduate for several years. They have always been great. They were not accommodating at all this time. Not thrilled with our our experience.
We had three grandchildren my husband and myself. I ordered two rooms with two queens in each bedroom when I arrived they said that wasn’t what was reserved and I had printed out receipt showing queens in each room. We made it work but they were very rude at the front desk and the girl had an attitude when I showed her my paperwork. She said my booking wasn’t who I used to book the rooms.
Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in a great location, dog friendly, clean and comfortable!
Every year my wife and I go to an event in Oxford and for the last four years we have stayed at the Graduate.the last two years we have stayed it has gone down to being a little funky on the edges. there is stuff growing at the edges of the shower. The shower doors don't stay closed. The furnature used as a closet is falling apart. The people behind the desk are friendly.A young man that checked us in yesterday was great. This morning when I went by the destk to take our dog out, there was a lady working at the desk and one standing talking to her. When I came back to the room, they were still talking. About 15 minutes later I went to the desk and they were still talking about something that didn't seam to have anything todo with work. The attitude of the lady behind the desk felt like I was bothering her to have to stop and check me out of my room. I do like the hotel and its location.
We had an excellent experience at the Graduate on a sleepy winter weekend in Oxford. The staff members were all great, upgraded us due to some vacancies and were very attentive.
Centrally located, onsite parking, friendly front desk personnel.
For the price you need a update.
I have stayed here several times and have recommended this spot to friends. The location is fantastic and I’ve enjoyed staying here. The vibe is cheery and the decor is quirky. This place is great.
Also you need to let everyone know their is a 100 deposit before you take it out of their account.
We spent two nights at the Graduate and found the staff friendly and the location fantastic. Will visit again.
