When writing this review I have already been here twice, first with friends and now with my family. Evertything in this hotel is relaxing: the architecture, the guest services, the bedding, the lighting, the food. OMG, you must go here to feel this energy. True magic. Thank you Allegretto. I will be sending everyone I know to stay there when out for wine tasting at Paso Robles.
Will be back.
I had a good experience at Cello. The food was a mix, some dishes were great, like the sea bass and steak.

This hotel is an absolute gem. my top choice in Mid State Californnia.
I had stayed at Allegretto several times in the past and the experience was exceptionally excellent. I did see and visit with Mr. Douglas Ayers which was a nice touch. It's great to see members of the management team on the premise. It shows that they care about value and the details. I will recommend the Allegretto to friends and I will stay in the future. The best in 2025.
This is a nice resort.
Only one night, but very nice time. Great amenities and ambience. We’ll definitely come back 😃👍.
Overall, the facility and grounds were exceptional. Staff was efficient. Fellas who helped us with our luggage were very patient and very friendly. Our room was wonderful; linens very nice and bed was terrific.
I expected more luxury service. What good is a concierge who.is only available from 9 to 5, if that. I only ate one lunch at Cielo, a very overpriced salad perhaps better meant for a main dinner meal. It was unimaginative and overdressed. As a result I passed up breakfast on my last morning and went to Starbucks, not exactly cheap but very reliable. The bed was very comfy and I know about the limits on water pressure. There could have been more hot water on the last morning.
