The person who checked us in was talking to another person being helped by someone else. Didn’t even acknowledge us. Took our credit card info and ID and gave us our room key. There was no other conversation besides that. Didn’t tell us anything about the resort at all. That’s probably the worst service I ever received. Super bummed because the reviews online talk about how great the service is.
Accidentally booked hotel for the wrong week. Showed up in Vegas at 1:30 a.m. and many hotels we called were fully booked. We were able to get a decent priced room at the last minute even though there were an unusually high number of guests in Vegas that night and low vacancies. The desk agent was great at his job. Friendly. In a good mood, the room was clean, had a kitchenette with stove top and fridge etc. We were thankful a fiasco turned into just a snafu, during Mercury Retrograde could have been so much worse. Thanks Alexis Park Resort!

A nice remodeled property. Rooms were clean and quiet. The Bar & Grill was convenient and there's also a nice steakhouse on site. The food was decent and the staff was great! Our waiter was very attentive, interacted with us and kept the drinks coming.
Room had no heat no fresh towels brought to room during our stay room wants cleaned durning our stay wnt be back.
Room was spacious and the staff friendly.
Good Location, easy walk to the strip. Nice rooms with sleeper sofas.
The room and bed were good however.
The Alexis is very spacious and the parking lot always had someone patrolling on a golf cart but the only issue was the cleanliness as the extra bedding in the closet had stains and the room was on the second floor without an elevator which made it difficult to carry luggage up the stairs.
I loved my room and the air conditioning was awesome. Breakfast was good.
The staff here are very considerate and they keep the grounds clean. The rooms are in great condition and have ample space for sharing. The area is well lit and the best part is that you don’t have to walk through a casino and smoking to get in and out.
Love that you guys offer a microwave and a refrigerator.
The staff was courteous and helpful whenever approached with questions,,,,the rooms were very clean,, cleaning staff was helpful with towels, when we decided to stay an extra day.
Nice size one bedroom suite with comfortable bed. Nice to have the amenities of microwave and fridge. Great housekeeping. I was up early and walking my dog in the dark. Nice to have security coming around on bicycles. I felt safe.
The room was clean and smelled clean, my stay was fine.
I stayed here in order to attend concerts at the Sphere. The price was great, they had several nice pools and a gym. In room, there was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and two separate rooms and hard working air conditioners.
There was bugs in the room, one morning water in the kitchen floor, other than that things was fine.
