It was a very nice, clean and comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel. We loved our Strip view. We liked the casino. We liked the food choices. Nice that all the rooms are suites. Amenities are good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We got a little baffled by the extra fees when we first got there, but Luis walked us through it and was able to help out tremendously. The staff here are all really friendly, the room was amazing and we had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

The stay was so comfortable, the room we were in was spacious and amazing. The staff was incredible.
First time staying at the Rio, found the rooms to be very spacious and clean, had all the shower amenities available.
Found dog food on floor windows are filthy restaurant selection terrible and close early pool closes at 7pm ridiculous when it's over 100 degrees at 7pm.
I planned to stay on the Strip. I've stayed at the Rio before and liked it. Direct, easy, and Staff is wonderful. I can Uber to the crowds, relax at the Rio.
I like the new renovations and also the casinos. The cleanest of the hotels. I will come back again.
The elevators in the masquerade building are horrible sometimes they're huge line up to get in the elevator because only one out of four will be running very inconvenient.
I wish I would have known before paying. I would have asked to be switched to the other side, where the working elevators were.
