Spent an overnight for a family party. Kate was assigned to our group and she was fantastic. The staff from check in to check out, and the restaurant staff for breakfast were wonderful.

Overall this Holiday Inn is high on my list. Clean, quiet, no problems or issues. The restaurant is excellent, The people really nice and want to do well.
Did not have our reservation correct and almost didn’t get a room. Disappointed that no dogs will be allowed next year.
The property was nice clean and easy to find, but expensive. Parking was sufficient and the area appeared safe. I did not eat at any restaurants. I checked in but did not have a physical photo ID I had it on an iPhone photo app I take photos of all docs incase of theft as I travel a lot. The two, young reservation clerks told me that they could not offer me a room because of the physical photo ID policy. I was totally dismissed. I had all forms of other IDs and had traveled over 100 miles for a professional meeting. I needed a place to stay. It wasn't until *I asked* to speak to a manager that I was even considered a potential guest. The manager was great. I explained that I accidently left my photo ID at home, but it could be sent overnight mail if needed. She reviewed my electronic ID and business card and said both were sufficient. I was relieved and grateful. My suggestion is to train the front desk clerks in the art of helpful customer service. I understand that what they do may not always be easy and some customers can be difficult. I had a similar job when I was their age. I respected the ID policy, but THEY should have offered me alternate solutions versus me having to request them. Will I stay again? No. The property is highly expensive $269 for one night.
I appreciate the staff being understanding about my reservation issue and helping me resolve it.
