Friendly Staff! Karen (a Karen, NOT "The Karen!) at the front desk was very helpful. This this the Holiday Inn IHG in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Double Queen room could use small couch and coffee table, only beds and a desk chair to sit in at night. No second sink outside the bathroom where the mirror is located. However, the rooms were clean and the hotel was close to where I needed to be, on US HWY1 in Port Saint Lucie, FL.
I have been a member for over 30 yrs and have never been so dissapointed in a motel in all my days of travel. Dirty, unorganize in every factor. You should really send someone to see what is going on with your staff. I am glad we only stayed for one night and I don't think we would ever go back unless there were improvements done. I am still thinking what happened? It was like nobody cared and that is not good for you or your guests.To make it even worse we were charged $248.01 for one night which I think was awful. Twice the price for what.

Property was in great shape, clean inside the room. Quiet and very accommodating. Breakfast was hot, great hot coffee and server was on top of it. Thank you.
Room was. Very humid but the staff was wonderful.
