The hotel is lovely. The pool was clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. Unfortunately, the room and a very loud humming noise all night long. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep before surgery. We addressed it with the Front desk in the morning and we were given a room which met our needs. The other issue we had was that breakfast items were not available as part of the stay. Breakfast had to be purchased separately. That was disappointing and I will stay elsewhere when an if I return to Parker, CO.
Hotel would not refund prepaid we had to leave one day early claimed we used a third party after years of Travel never again.
I am an IHG member and have stayed at this particular hotel and around Holiday Inn's around our state. Always have been very nice, except for our stay on July 4th. I am a IHG member. The desk person first had me put down a 150.00 deposit in case the room was destroyed, which of course was NOT! I never have had to do this except for maybe once in the past, which was refunded to me. I am still waiting on the refund. Walked into the room which had a large circle of carpeting missing. The bed skirt was dirty. We did not sleep on the bed skirt, but that's not the point. Also, was charged 19 dollars for something I was not sure of. I am disappointed with all of this.

Our TV and phone were not working when we checked in. The night clerk tried to help but was unable to fix either. She was very kind and considerate. The phone was never fixed but TV was working later the next day. Overall, the staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.
