Barking dogs below us three nights and slow action by staff to remedy, lousy air conditioning system and had to be on in all three rooms, missing TV in one bedroom, ice maker broken.
I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn in Salem several times now and it’s always a pleasant experience! The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent! I always book a two room suite; the space is excellent and it’s very handy having a full kitchen and a refrigerator. A special thanks to Tim for helping us check in smoothly. When the A/C wasn’t working in our original room he got us a new suite right away and even offered to help us carry our bags! I love the Residence Inn in Salem and I’ll happily stay there again.
