I was surprised at the low level of amenities provided. The coffee contraption in the room was very insufficient. The disposable coffee pod insertion didn’t fit properly and fell off as soon as it started to fill with water. The was no bottled water given to drink or make coffee with, there was no shower gel in the shower as it appeared that the bottle was broken off the wall and never repaired. I was woken up at 330 am by a VERY loud room full of guests first with loud music then TV volume and voice volume loud enough to wake me. I went down to the lobby to hopefully get good hot coffee and bottled water. The complimentary coffee in the Kraft was not even warm and I was shocked to be told I would be charged for the one bottle of water I wanted. I also picked up a cereal box only to find there was no milk. We have stayed here many times over many years because of the attention to detail we used to see. Moving forward we will choose another option.
I stayed one night for about 7 hours. Everything was clean and quiet. check in and check out was smooth and quick. If I need to stay in the area again, i’ll be staying here. thank you.
