A great experience! The people were great. The place was nice and clean. It was awesome.
The front desk check in was very good. The room was clean and spacious. We reserved it last minute. It was on the ground floor and overall, it was quiet. The room amenities all worked and for the price was a very decent stay.

Booked with Candlewood Suites based on previous stays were pleasant. This stay was disappointing due to the bathroom sink faucet was missing the aerator that attaches to the spout, as a result water was splashing all over the sink and counter. When my husband asked for maintenance he was told it would be the next day. Since it was late he offered to get one from an unoccupied room. The front desk clerk refused to do that. My husband requested to cancel maintenance coming the next day. We DID NOT want maintenance entering our room without us present. When we arrived the next day we saw where maintenance had entered the room, changed the faucet and left a metal rod pull stop laying on the counter. The new faucet did not have a pull stop. Both nights my husband went to the front counter to get us water, both nights there was no bottled water available. The first night there was no one available at the front counter, only a note that someone would be back shortly. We waited 10 minutes and no one showed. The shower head needs to be adjustable; we had a hard stream of water. It appeared to be adjustable but was limited to only the hard stream. The bedding was lacking; the comforter was minimal coverage, too lightweight. The room phone was not connected. I reported to the front desk and was told that our room was one out of 20 that the phones were not connected after remodeling. Not good when a customer can't contact the front desk using the room phone. We want to use your hotel again, but certainly don't want to experience the disappointment this stay presented.
