The cool thing about Brandywine River Hotel is that it offers a 24-hour fitness center, a garden with a beautiful view, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
This is a lovely place to stay while en route from New York to Florida. Staff is welcoming and gracious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. Very close to Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine River Museum. Both excellent experiences.

As a younger couple just trying to get away from the kids for a night. This was a great place. Rooms are just alittle dated, but VERY clean and well done. We showed up very late to our check in time and the front desk guy was very nice and more than willing to help us out.I loved my stay here. Breakfast was free and GREAT. Rooms, very clean and neat. The hotel is well ran and worth every penny! Love my stay here. I will be back!

Nice small hotel. Clean, accommodating, rooms were nice. I would stay again!
My second floor room was surrounded by a group of male teens who had no concept of how to act. Slamming doors, screaming up and down the halls well into the night, it was an awful experience. And hotel personnel did absolutely nothing!
We chose this hotel as it is close to all the places we were visiting in Chadds Ford. It is quiet, small and charming. The room was very clean. They provide a free breakfast
Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Bathrooms recently renovated. Close to so many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

BRH as the perfect place for my 75th birthday gathering with my family. The rooms were comfortable, staff amazingly accommodating and the location and wady drive to great cultural venues (for us, Winterthur and the Brandywine Museum).
Great stay clean rooms and very good restaurants nearby.
The staff is very accommodating disappointed that the fireplace was off at 10pm as we were socializing in the lounge after 10pm.

Our trip to the Brandywine River area was enhanced by our stay at the Brandywine River Hotel. From our check in with Troy to the comfort and amenities in our room and the great breakfast we felt right at home. The historic appointments are very well done. We highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Brandywine River valley.
We stayed here on the way home from the Poconos on route to the shore deciding on a side trip. The prices were reasonable on the location is fantastic. There are high end and middle range restaurants within walking distance and the Brandywine River Museum is two minutes away. Very comfortable queen suite and the hotel desk manager was very hospitable. Very clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices for a continental breakfast.
Wonderful small family style hotel. Sunny breakfast room. Close to many attractions.
