Air conditioner was loud and vibrated even when off. Spiders in bathroom. Worst thing was I attempted to book on line and was given a price 200 cheaper and when pushed book was shut down. Called booking and was told that room was taken and only one available was a handicap room🤔 since we had a time sensitive commitment I accepted and then she upped the price 200 dollars. Traffic noise was also loud. Will not stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, staff greeted us with smiling faces and pleasant conversation. Room was excellent and clean. Request for towels came quickly. Breakfast was a very nice selection. Due to ice storm had to stay an extra day and were able to do that without issue. All in all very accommodating.

Hotel was clean, staff VERY pleasant and helpful.
Exactly what I expected from a Hyatt property.
Nice hotel. Very clean. Large rooms, however bathrooms are tiny. Nice breakfast. Only negative aspect is there are no safes in the rooms.
Need better lighting outside at night. Very dark not safe.
Only concern was in the accessible room the shower chair did not have a back. Impossible for a paraplegic to use.
Good guest relations and bar servers.
