The staff is really friendly, food in the restaurant is very good. My room was comfortable and clean, shower could have been cleaner, however. Self-parking charges were outrageous.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in. And the grounds are terrific very relaxing to sit outside and sip a drink.

The stay while here for a three day conference was very nice. Everything was in order UNTIL…..back story: I called 7 days before my stay to confirm they could do laundry on Sunday. I was traveling to back to back conferences and was trying to minimize my luggage. The answer was yes same day service, in by 8:30am and back by 6pm. Great I thought. When I checked in asked the same thing. All details confirmed. Wonderful. Sunday came, I submitted my laundry by 8:10 am and went about my day. Around 5:30 I stopped by the desk to confirm it would be in my room by 6 pm. All was confirmed. By 6:44 pm and no laundry I called the front desk. “Hold Ms while we find out what is going on. … housekeeping will get back to us, please stay near your phone.” I took a shower to pack for my flight the next morning. When I got out of the shower, there was a message to call the front desk. “We are sorry Ms, we found your laundry, but unfortunately it is not clean. Apparently there is no laundry service on Sat or Sunday!” No mention of inconvenience to me or trying to make up for it. If I had know. This earlier I would have been able to make other arrangement. Now I’m traveling to the next conference, where there is no laundry service, with only half the clothes I need! Way to go Renaissance!
