I have to say we were extremely disappointed with our stay this time. The room was in poor shape overall. The carpet was worn and the drapes are stained and the room was not very clean at all. Old dust everywhere and the tables under the lamps have not been cleaned in who knows how long. We paid just about $700.00 a night and for that price we should have had a much better room. As it was they originally had us in the wrong room requested and we had to go back down and get it changed out. The restaurant man. the service is terrible. We must have waited an half hour just to get our order taken and then we had to ask for our check from a busser. The night before my husband went to the bar for coffee because he does not drink and it took almost 45 minutes and asking twice to get it. At this time we are most likely not going to come back to this location but look elsewhere. way too much money spent for a poor experience. btw..the front desk folks were great though.
The Shore break is a kitschy hotel with a seaside/surfing vibe. The valet staff was outstanding.
The location of this place is top tier. Bed was comfy; cool vinyl players. Service super nice and all the extra amenities. So worth it!
I spent my birthday at the Shore break, and they surprised me with a bottle of champagne, brownies and cookies sweet surprise delivered to my room!
