Was very unhappy as unable to reach front desk for over 30 minutrs just rang busy but when we got here there was no one in lobby but clerk. We were unable to call from airport for pickup an had to take cab.
The hotel property is very acceptable. The one problem we had was the fact that the 3rd party provider (which I used by mistake as I was trying to deal with the hotel alone) said we could have a check in at 8:30am. The hotel itself said they had no housekeeping until 10am and we never got a room until after 11am. We were exhausted due to virtually no sleep the night. Do IHG hotels nothave rooms set a.
