Candlewood Suites Ft. Very bad experience.will not stay again.
Room wa clean except for carpet, made it uncomfortable to rest.
Upon arriving, we asked for another room and was told there was none. The carpet was very dirty and smelled so bad we asked for them to spray, was handed to spray ourselves, which we sprayed three times so we could sleep. Was never offered a reduction or one night comp.. we left the next day early, could not sleep another night.
No free breakfas is included. Guests may purchase breakfast items in the Candlewood Cupboard or buy breakfast items at the grocery store and cook in their rooms
The internet is free. All areas including guest rooms have free WIFI.
