Your staff went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. Transporting us to and from the airport for the Honor Flight was such a relief for me as my husband is in a wheelchair. Room was perfect, even the “Welcome Kenneth” on the TV screen was a bonus we’ve never seen before at any hotel. Swimming was fantastic for my family and so much fun after we returned from Washington. My daughter, Nicole Kovac, didn’t have a roll away bed (I requested at booking), I asked for it when I returned from Washington, your staff immediately got it for her. Finally, Wade, in particular, was extremely helpful in answering my many questions, needs or anything I asked. He is an excellent asset to your team. Last but least, your breakfast on Sunday was wonderful! We were so tired, but we had to eat, especially our grandkids…to have everything at our fingertips was remarkable! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You outdid yourselves! Highly recommend to all of my friends and relatives!

I always like staying here when I am in Syracuse. The staff here is amazing. This trip I was traveling to Virginia with my 75 year old father who is a disabled veteran. We realized shortly after our plane took off from Syracuse that he had left his insulin in the fridge in the room. The staff worked with our family and FedEx to make sure it was retrieved from the fridge and shipped down to us in Virginia. Life savers, literally!
