The Courtyard New Haven at Yale hotel is centrally located near Yale University and offers amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary wireless internet access, and concierge services.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my visit to the hotel. I was planning to visit my cousin who had been admitted to Yale after suffering a fatal stroke, over the July four holiday. I am writing this review because I so appreciate the patience and professionalism of the staff who worked with me while I needed to keep changing my reservation, ultimately returning my reservation charges. Thank you all P. Starr Williams.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility updated and clean. And the location is great for anyone visiting the city and/or Yale.
Our check in was smooth and efficient. Staff very friendly. Room great and the window opens so you can have fresh air!
Reception and Bartendar and Maid were all friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel frequently. Hotel is always clean, staff are very accommodating. Hotel is close to everything if you like the nightlife.
