Took pictures to send to corporate. Holes punched in the bathroom door. Smoke alarm was missing cover,battery and inside wires. Furniture had missing drawer and chunks of wood from the top. Refrigerator moldy. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. The beds were clean and so was the bathtub, after Clorox wiping everything in sight, except the refrigerator “ won’t touch that “ slept for six hours and left. Couldn’t ask for a different room as the office was locked up at 9pm and wouldn’t open til 10 am. Don’t stay there.

Not sure where to begin, the front boarded up room as you approach the check in area, the smell of cigarette in the hall (after being grilled about if I or my travel companion smoke because “all rooms are nonsmoking), to the broken elevator, lack of internet, dirty floors in the room, the smell of old dog urine. .I could go on but I don’t think there is a need. The bathroom was remodeled though and the water pressure was good. So it washed the grimy feeling you had after being there off really well.

"Terrible! Do not stay here."

Nothing worked. Lights, air conditioner, stain all over sheets, comforter, towels and wash cloths. I was impressed by the picture on the Internet but when we arrived it was a disaster. Elevator didn’t work, no continental breakfast as advertised and the entire bottom floor wasn’t available. We saw several cars pull up to the bottom floor and the manager let certain people in and this continued for about four hrs. The manager and his side piece tried to tell us the room across from us was being too loud but no one was in that room. I would never stay here again if it’s the last place available. I would rather stay in my car!

"Never Again"

Requested a non-smoking room and was told that I requested a smoking room. I didn't have a choice but to take it because they were out of rooms as well as every hotel in the area. The bathroom had mold, the dressers and night stands were old, stained and beat up. There were cigarette ashes on the floor and this is after waiting while I was told that they were cleaning the room. I left out early to an event on the day of check-out. When I returned my key didn't work. I went to the front desk and let them know. The man at the desk reset my key card. I went back to the room and the key card still didn't work. Went back to the desk and let him know. He had to come let me in the room manually. Coming from Brooklyn I have stayed in some bad motels but this is the worst ever.

It was a okay motel. The looks of the place needs a little TLC. Kinda of rundown, but the room was clean and the pool area was clean. The breakfast could of been a little better. I would give this motel a 7 out of 10.
