$30 in extra fees!? For what? A room that is outdated!? AC/heater unit that wasn’t even on. A refrigerator that wasn’t plugged in. There was unrestricted access to the interior rooms from the outside of the building and not visible to the check in desk. Ice machine didn’t work. We needed beds as we traveled but wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely disgusting. Will not stay there again. Reporting to better business borough..
