My experience at this hotel was my worst nightmare. I was confrimed at $682.00 for four nights. We checked in a day early and were told our rate would be $78.00 each for two rooms. The front desk clerk, Juana was very rude and incompetent. I went to ask her a couple of questions and she told me the rate would be $88.00 for each room for the 29th. I asked her why she changed the price, she said because she could. I then tried ro show her my paperwork confirming $682.00 for the four nights for two rooms, she wouldn't even look at it. She said the total would be $1288.00 for four nights. We tried explaining to her that wasn't correct but she didn't want to hear it, she said her price was $1288.00 and she wasn't changing her mind as to what she was going to charge. I asked for the manager, she said she would be in at 9 am on the 30th. We went to ask for the manager on the 30th at 9 am, Juana said oh she's not here. I told her she told me she would be in at 9 am. She then said, "Oh, I guess I forgot". We then told her we wanted to check out. She kept insisting the rooms would be $1288.00 and that was her final price. We checked out on the 30th. She charged my daughter's credit card $89.00 for one room for one night, then she charged me again for two rooms $90.00 for the one night. She would not refund my daughter her $89.00. I had told her numerous times that both rooms would be charged on my credit card. She should have never charged my daughter at all. My daughter is now out $89.00. The rooms were filthy and smelled horrible, the TV's in both rooms did not work, the A/C and the toilets in both rooms made loud grinding noises. We called Jauna and she said she would send maintenance in a little while, the little while never came. Water from the toilets was running on the floors. Not good with kids in the rooms and three of them with asthma. I was very disappointed.
