We loved every aspect of our visit. The room was large and quiet. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The most outstanding aspect was the service. We were so well treated by each and every person we met and they fixed any problems we encountered. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location if you are going to the aquarium. The TV remote didnt work and the water in the indoor pool was cloudy. But the staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

Chris and Justin were extremely helpful in relocating us to another room due to the guests in the adjoining room. She was boisterous,loud; we could here everything and when I say EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING! We asked to be relocated and Chris found us a room that was not adjoined. Chris and Justin were extremely helpful, professional and definitely an asset to your company. Because of them we will definitely return to the Hilton knowing our concerns were addressed.

"This was the worst decision I made, staying at the Mystic Hilton."

Poor service, poor attitude. The Manager, Sam, is very unprofessional. He put us in a room that was already occupied. Then he put us in a room that had not been cleaned thoroughly after the last guest. Our breakfast the next morning, delivered by room service, was ice cold. What a way to begin the second day of our three night stay: a 60.00 cold breakfast that was supposed to be hot. I called Hilton Corporate in Dallas, after speaking to three people, I barely scratched the surface of getting anywhere. Later that afternoon, I returned to the room to find the message light flashing away on the phone. It was another Manager, Cesar. He was professional and friendly, but the damage was already done. Breakfast at the buffet left me even more frustrated on our last day. We were finally seated and promised coffee. The coffee arrived about 15 minutes later. My husband had a place setting, I however did not. I got up from our table and went to the front desk. The associate was polite and assured us she would locate the food and beverage manager, and promptly send him to the dining area to speak with us. Joe was wonderful. He wasted no time in finding us and seemed genuinely concerned as he listened attentively to we had been through. Before we were finished with our breakfast, the server came over to inform us that breakfast was on them. A much appreciated gesture. But again, too much damage had already been done. I was offered no partial refund or percentage off a future visit upon check out. Nothing. Zip. I have to tell you that we will never be a guest at a Hilton hotel again. Never. Ever. Potential guests at the Hilton in Mystic, Ct. beware.

"A disappointing experience from the beginning."

Housekeeping is more professional than "Sam", the Assistant Manager, that was left in charge of a hotel he had no business running. We were treated rudely by the front desk. Given the key to an already occupied room, then given the key to a room that was left partially cleaned. Filthy coffee maker, no ice bucket, not enough towels, and a cold breakfast that was supposed to be delivered hot.
