The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I expected. The drain in the tub was super slow so there was several inches of water by the time I was done. The food at the in house restaurant was expensive. Getting into the hotel was complicated because the Broadway Street door were locked. The hired help was great.
The staff was very welcoming from the desk to the restaurant and valet. I enjoyed the dinner and the reception area. I'm glad that there was a room available at last moment's notice during the snowstorm and unexpected overnight stay.
The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Stay was fine.
