"A Good Value for Those Who Need Hotel Basics"

Located in the middle of Gatlinburg, the Reagan Resort is next to anything and everything you would want to do. One thing to note is that this property is located directly next to the Gatlinburg Convention Center, so anyone attending an event there could not get any closer. The building is older, and while it is showing its age, the rooms were still well-maintained. The ownership company is working on a renovation and update plan as well, and some rooms were already somewhat updated. I personally would feel comfortable sleeping here since luxury is not important to me in a hotel and the staff / cleanliness was acceptable. This location can also offer really good rates for the location. Breakfast is included through the summer months, but beginning in the fall, it is only included on weekends. PROS: Centrally located, convention center hotel, rates are very budget friendly, renovation and update plans are in the making with some progress being made CONS: Breakfast is seasonal

It was clean, well supplied, has very good workers. I was able to speak with both front desk ladies, maintenance man, cleaning lady. All were very helpful, friendly, above and beyond type people. It was a very good experience.
