Worst ever! Neka Little, desk clerk, was not at her desk when I was locked out of my room. I did not have a phone or anything on me. Since no one was at the desk, I started pounding on the door after waiting for five 10 minute. Ms. Little finally came to the door and threaten to call the police on me, because I was pounding on the door. How else am I to get attention. You need to install a buzzer or something so that this sort of unapproved action never takes place again. All I needed was a key or she could have called my husband, but instead threatened to call the police. She also accused me of being drunk. This is unacceptable! My husband and I have been to Greensboro before. My elderly aunt is in Whitestone Manor, totally paralyzed on the left side. We were just coming back from the Manor very late, around 11:30 pm. We were tired and stressed and was looking forward to a little bit of relaxation. My husband left his cell phone in the car and I told him I would go get it. My husband is an amputee and cannot walk that well. I went to the car and realized I did not have the room key or the car key, so I went to the front desk and no one was there. This action is unacceptable. I intend to take this matter to headquarters. Ms. Little needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY! An employee such as Ms. Little does NOT need to be in any type of customer service capacity. WILL NEVER, EVER STAY there again!

It was a nice place, but in need of updating. The ceiling had mold that had been painted over. They should have used kiltz first. Just a few things like that, but for the price I couldn't have stayed in that area cheaper at that time. I can't really complain.

Cleaning Policies

With current covid-19 and local heath department regulations we are not able to cleaning rooms for stay overs. 2020 - We do have to wait until check out time to enter the rooms. We will have however clean linens provided daily along with trash to be removed. Put on clean gloves, visually inspect room and restock supplies. • Spray (and do not wipe) all bathroom hard surfaces with multi-purpose disinfectantcleaner (toilet, urinals, sinks, countertops and fixtures) or bathroom disinfectant(shower/tub) • Dust, clean and disinfectall hard surfaces in room with focus on high touchpoints. • Return to bathroom after required disinfectantcontact time to wipe/scrub and rinse hard surfaces starting with shower and ending with toilet. Refer to product label. • Pick up debris and empty trash; replace trash liner if needed. • Vacuum soft-surfaced floors (carpet/rug); sweep then mop hard-surfaced floors (tile/LVT). • Remove gloves; perform proper hand hygiene.
