The first keycard/room I got at check in was occupied by someone. It was pretty odd and scary for me and must have scared the pants off the person in the room. The staff dealt with it courteously and were shocked too. Otherwise a nice hotel. But entering a room occupied by a stranger is pretty wild, was not great!

I love the ambience, the elevators, the restaurant the massage chairs. Everything was amazing. Was there for my daughter’s chair event and loved every minute of it.
