Room was great enjoyed the environment.
Rooms are always clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Like the snack bar fresh market in the lobby for a quick drink or snack to go or late night. Mostly quiet and restful when big events are nearby.

My stay was excellent! My room was very clean, smells great! The lobby attendant was very kind!
Great experience. My hat goes off to Max at check in desk. I had just drove three hours and went straight to the fairgrounds. Unloaded cattle and equipment and went to the hotel. I was filthy dirty and covered in mud and manure. Max checked me in. Didn't look down on me and was very kind to me all week. I had a couple of issues and he resolved them quickly and was pleasant to me all week. He and the team at the desk are all to be commended. The cleaning staff was also very polite and worked hard to keep our room clean and comfortable. And I am good at making messes. Thank you again and way too go Max from Minnesota.

We travel to Louisville annually for the Worlds Saddlebred horse show. The staff at the Crowne Plaza consistently go above and beyond for the guests. Thank you to all and we will see you next year!
