To start, when I checked in the room was okay but the bathroom was trash. It looked like it wasn't even cleaned and the tub was fifty. I called front desk but the phone wasn't even plugged and had no buttons. I called from my cell and no one answered. There was no microwave. I went downstairs and they gave me another room that was the opposite of the other room. The bathroom was cleaned but the bed was trash. The TV had no remote and there was safety lock at the back of the door. No bed skits etc. The phone again didn't work. I went downstairs and asked the front desk for a remote and a blanket. Did it get it? Nope. Completely terrible stay.
We have stayed at this property many times over the years. We were surprised how it has declined since our last visit. The floor though updated was springy as you walked. The box springs creaked with minimal turning. There was no breakfast and we paid $30 more than website we registered on. We have taken off our list for future travel.
There was door alarms going off and screaming in the hallways all night. Very scary experience.

I can overlook outdated, But very bad odor everywhere, floor in room, my black socks were black 🤬 No microwave, No Refrigerat ! Pillows were yellow 😡. Always a drug dude roaming the building 🤬. Never again 👎👎👎.
