Cleaning Policies

We have remained vigilant about COVID-19 concerns before and during the quarantine, in various ways. Aside from observing proper safety procedures and social distancing amongst all our staff, and with our guests, we have also practiced social distancing in how we assign our rooms, by not placing guests in rooms right next to each other, unless absolutely necessary. We have also been utilizing a policy of not providing housekeeping to rooms that are reserved for multiple nights, during the stay, as well as allowing our housekeepers to wait 24 hours after a guest checks out before they are required to clean the room, and then following all proper safety and sanitation standards when doing so. In addition we have, in most all cases, assigned rooms that have been unused for the longest number of days, whenever possible. Finally, we also have kept our fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, and restaurant closed, and though unfortunately do not provide room service either, we do have a sundry shop with many F&B.
