I've stayed at this Hotel twice before but not this time. Let me explain, I picked up my wife from the Airport and she was very sick and wanted to go home instead of staying here. So I want to Hotel and spoke with the desk clerk and he said no problem with cancelling our stay but when looking at our reservation he said it was made through Hotel planner.com and that my refund would have to be made with them. I could tell he was disappointed in telling me that. So I asked him if I could donate the room to the next person that walks in wanting a room. He thanked me for being so generous but cautioned me against being liable if something went wrong. Now this is a great desk clerk looking out for the customers best interest. So in short I ate the cost. But One word of caution, please deal directly with the place your going to stay at. Don't use outside planners as I did, like Hotelplanner.com. as I did. Would I stay at this Hotel in the future? Absolutely! in our experience with them we rate it a five Star *****.
The room was fine. The desk staff competent. However the parking lot was littered with cigarette debris. "Regulars" were standing around outside our room. There were plastic chairs outside even in the morning. After 9:30 or so the noise moved upstairs. We left early for a 6 a.m. flight. At 7 a.m. I did return as my husband left a ball cap in the room. The desk attendant was responsive and retrieve they had for me. Even so we will unlikely return.
A great experience. I arrived weds the 20th of November 2024 due to was having surgery the next day. It was around 6pm when we got there. The gentleman at the front desk told us where our room was. I got confused and lost so my sister went back in and asked. He was very friendly and helpful. He brought us to where our room was. The room was clean and inviting.
We were there for one night and was clean with a good breakfast.
