We booked by calling the motel roon and park.we get there they told us we didnt have parking and we booked through a 3rd party which I didnt do but their computer said we did we have stayed there at least two times a yearfor 12 years I would go directly for the parking.After 20 minutes of him saying you have to contact your 3rd party my husband got frustrated and said this is f. ing stupid and said I apologize for cussing .the guy says well You went 3rd party but I can get you parking.I ask him tocallhis manager several times He said we cantdo that.After we get to our room the manager calls.
Stayed because of flight mishap. The place is fine and has a 24 hour shuttle, perfect.
Its close to Ohare, price is right..
I happened to be in Chicago for a night and this is a convenient place to stay from Ohare Airport.
Comfortable, clean, bath tub not operable for bath purposes, spacious enough, coffee available, shuttle service every 30 minutes good place to stay.
I was unexpectedly stranded overnight at Ohare. My flight was rescheduled for 7 am the next day. Quality Inn was close by and advertised a 24 hour shuttle. The front desk never answered multiple calls so I took a cab there for $32, only to find a line of about 30 people trying to check in with one clerk. The line did not budge over about 30 minutes. Realizing I would only get about two hours of sleep if that and also that the small airport minivan would be overwhelmed in the morning, I took another 32$ cab ride back to Ohare. A complete waste of money and very frustrating!
Grateful for airport shuttle, awesome bar, delicious breakfast and comfy bed!
