Stayed in the Quality Inn and Suites located only a few miles from Innisbrook Resort. The room was comfortable, clean and cool with the A/C pumping before I entered the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The stay was reasonably priced and will more than likely reserve a room again in the future. They informed me of some good seafood restaurants located in Tarpon Springs on the water that I got to dine at and the recommendation was spot on as the food was delicious.

I usually arrive late in the evening as I am on business.The hotel is lovely and I've been there many times before (the rooms are nice), but the late night hotel clerk is awful. She's an older woman who is not welcoming at all; she complains when I purchase my room from Pricelineor the Entertainment Book saying they make no money, she always fight me on a room, she's rude, unpleasant and I hate dealing with her. For this reason I am searching for another hotel. If your waiting for a smike at this hotel, this is the one thing you won't get because the clerk will never do it. She's terrible! What a shame.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff was friendly, we had easy check in and check out, we were offered a simple but nice breakfast in the morning to start our day,we had access to a beautiful pool and the hotel is located near lots of shopping and on a main road. Really a great stay!

Needed a place to stay overnight for a golf outing at Innisbrook and the Quality Inn and Suites hotel was only a few miles away. The place was great for the money. Place was secure and safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive. If I am in the area again, this will be my hotel of choice for the money.

Left a shirt behind, phone the lady stated I had left a shirt in my room and if found could they mail it to me. She was absolutely no help. Stated I would have to talk to housekeeping. I ask if she could relate info to them. She stated admin has no communication with housekeeping. I ask if she could leave a message for houskeeping because they were gone for the day and she said that could not be done (guess your hotel has no paper and pens). Ask to speak to Hotel Manager she stated he is not here. Ask if he could phone me back will not be back until tomorrow. told her I thought this was a strange conversation. Conversation ended. I stay here every year for the golf tournament, but will be at the Hampton 1000 yrds up the street next year. Don't care about a $75.00 shirt but don't understand this type of conversation. No longer a customer. Tom Combs.

"A great little getaway"

My wife and I had a very nice stay. When we arrived they had surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite for free. Clean and everywhere I walked I smelled cleanliness. Though it sets rite beside the road, the middle of the hotel is quiet and beautiful with landscaping. Heated pool and huge hot tub. No thrills here for kids. But for adults relaxing. A nice breakfast is included. Definitely take advantage of that. We will be coming back.
