Filthy dirty, disgusting! I stayed in and slept in my clothes and shoes on a comforter I take for hotels. I knew things wouldn't be good when the key card came in a reused cardboard sleeve during covid 19. I would have returned to the office, I was so tired I did fall asleep. Just a terrible experience. The Health Dept. should visit.

The room was in poor condition. The entry door had chipped paint and you could see outside on the bottom edge. The beds were clean and nicely made. The carpet needs to be replaced. The toilet seat was held in by one screw. The curtain rod was slanted because it was barely held up by one bracket. The toilet had to be plunged. We had to have the lady in the office come and bring her remote so the TV would work. All and all we were very disappointed! Online it had a four out five stars. .really?? I wonder when it was evaluated and rated.
