Hello we stayed 6 nights there were three ladies one elderly we started on the 5th floor one night because of the humidity was so bad the floors were very slippery the lady at the front desk was very understanding and moved us to the 1st floor that wasn't too bad just ever time one of us got a shower the tub filled up with five inches of water so we stood in the dirty soap scum tub then it was extremely slow to drain so then we have to get housekeeping to come clean the bathroom and we had to change our own bed with clean sheets after we provided the dirty ones this was such a hassle I thought I was coming on vacation this wasn't vacation if I have to be the house keeper I would like to know what is the difference between us going to the front desk or housekeeper to get what we need versus them coming to us I would think it would make more sense if they came to us n clean the room n disinfect the rooms instead the germs are breading the pool was good I wouldn't recommend the hot tub it was always green n filthy oh yeah let me tell you about the so called free breakfast now I'm grateful for what was offered but please don't charge so much since you don't have what you offer the one lady philis at the front desk was amazing sweet and kind and the one lady who cleaned the bathroom on Sunday night did amazing wonderful job beautiful sweet lady the place wasn't too bad but for what you got the price diffently was way too high the inconvenience of the tub drain was terrible but thank you for the good ones.

"DEPLORABLE AND DISGUSTUNG."

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Below is the state our room was in upon arrival: Urine on the toilet Bloodstains on the carpeting MOLD in the bathroom Rust on almost every metal surface Broken AC/heating unit ****BROKEN LOCK ON THE DOOR****. We did not discover this until our second night in the room. When we found out, we requested it be fixed. There was no maintenance staff that day, we were told by the front desk. So they moved us to another room down the hall. THAT AC/HEATING UNIT WAS BROKEN AS WELL and it was 35° that night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

I suggest u pay attention A/C that drips on carpet. Peeling on ceilings not attractive. Back door out was impossible to operate to go out. I expected more of Wyndham Properties and because of the price.

Lizard in room there was a hole in the wall where he came in and out. Toilet tissue holder broken. No telephone no WiFi no complimentary breakfast. Carpet was wet where air conditioning was and half way under bed clock did not work. Towels were only available when we brought towels to front desk and we are disabled.

This is the worst Wyndam I’ve ever been in! It’s more like a crack house hotel Homeless people were outside begging for chain at entrance The door had to be almost kicked open to get it open and it smelled like mildew omggg I need a refund I walked in and walked right out it was horrible! They should be ashamed for wanting ppl to pay 131.00 for that DUMP.
