Never never reserve a room on line thru 3rd party. What a nightmare that was. We didn’t realize a third party took over the registration. We thought We were paying Comfort Inn. This third party charged our card $671 and paid $400 to Comfort Inn and kept the rest. Comfort Inn is trying to help us get a refund but we are afraid we will never see it. Lessen learned. Call and talk directly to the motel staff, otherwise no complaints on the stay regarding Comfort Inn.
