The front desk clerk was very nice. Room was clean.
Had to stay overnight in Denver due to flight delayed by weather. Had no problem getting a room. Hotel and room were clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was good. Room was spacious enough for the two of us. Lots of dining options in walking distance.
The hotel was great. The communication was terrible. I was told two different totals. Information regarding my request for information from Fairfield is in the email I sent to Fairfield. I sent an email referencing the difficulty in obtaining a response regarding the true total on my bill and the response on the email from Fairfield was. .you'll hear from us in 24 hours. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. I still have NO response and I have heard NOTHING. If I ran my business like that, I would have NO business. The girls at the desk were great.
