So disappointed in my stay. Have several pictures to show how disgusting the rooms were. Yes rooms… because I actually had to switch my room due to the filth of the first one. But the second one was worse. I had my husband go to the store and buy Lysol because I was too exhausted to switch the room. I was only in town to bury my mother. And the room just made the whole situation worse. So so so disappointed.

Arrived an hour after check in time. The room was not ready and the front desk clerk went to clean it quick. He didn't even change the sheets. Did not notice till I went to sleep and found four to five hairs in the bed.

The room smells of cigarette smoke. The ground outside the room is littered with cigarette butts. The beds are not made or the garbage emptied due to no cleaning service because of COVID. It did not seem very clean.

Great service. When I called, there was a conference in town and prices were up. They had me to online to get a better rate and the room and hotel was great. It changed us onto Red roof Inn, as we are travelling with pets and they're very pet friendly.

The blankets had holes, looked like it was burned with cigarettes. The sink was flooded, they said someone was going to fix it “tomorrow” and they never went so they said that the “next day” they would fix it.. of course the day I had to check out!
