The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional and kind. It was a very busy night with a rugby team in the hotel. She took the time to help my husband and I … elderly travellers….with food recommendations and directions into NYC. Her name is Laqueshia….but I am not sure of the spelling. I was scheduled to take a certification exam in Albany that was cancelled due to COVID and was not afforded a refund due to the night's stay being subject to a nonrefundable policy. I'm out $116.87 which is an economic hardship for me. Very disappointing. Billie W.

Very comfy and the workers were very pleasant. I seen it had bad ratings on HotelPlanner, but I think it's great. I came here for a small vacation to get away from down state and I enjoy it with my fiance and our two year old. Iam am also 8 1/2 months pregnant. Clean, enjoyable, and nice for a few days stay. Great Jacuzzi, pool, and bed too.
