Comfortable
The front desk staff are great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Restaurant has a limited menu but the food and service are excellent and the convenience is great.
No information in the room. No paper, no pen and forgot to give me welcome information. finally when I got the welcome card, try to scan the link and was unable to get it to work so I could look at the room service menu. Not sure I understand why the room service menu is not available to the public. When I did scan my credit card I got a message from my credit card the charge for $50 had gone through asking me if I had requested this charge. When I place my credit card information it said that no charge would be placed. Seems like Hyatt Regency has made some corporate decisions about how they want to handle guests. I will certainly Endeavor to avoid a Hyatt Regency whenever possible in the future.

Good morning, I was generally pleased with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from 3/8 3/9. I was celebrating my birthday and treated myself and family to a short stay. Finding a nice hotel with a pool was ideal. There were unfortunately a few concerns that left us displeased that I would like to share. First off, we travelled with a toddler that and unfortunately the child found a corner in the room that had dustballs and paint chips on the floor. At this stage children are teethers, we were very concerned when we found this area. Another thing we found when it was time for bed, the bed I slept in had an eye contact lens under the blankets which was a very disgusting find. I would suggest that you ensure your staff are thoroughly cleaning and washing the linens and hiring more staff to ensure that these instances don’t happen again. Lastly I was surprised to see that a high end hotel with this four star status is not equipped with smart televisions. I also tried to connect the HDMI cable to connect my phone to watch Netflix and Disney plus, but the settings features did not connect or caste to the TV screen. So with the children in the room there wasn’t many channels to choose from. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay otherwise and would plan to come again.

When we visit Greenwich we always stay at the Hyatt Old Greenwich. It’s the best hotel in the area. The hotel is beautiful with clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff is excellent and are always professional, courteous and friendly. It’s a pleasure to be a guest at the Hyatt Old Greenwich.
