Online pictures are deceiving. The bathroom reminds me of a cruise ship bathroom super small. I asked for an extra towel and wash cloth one night to be told I needed to wait until the next morning for house keeping by front desk, came down the next morning to find out the towels were located right behind the guy that told me that he could’ve just gotten me one at that time. Then I was only given a towel because they didn’t do laundry. As a solo traveler, I didn’t appreciate my room number being broadcasted in the lobby for everyone to hear.
The hotel needs to be upgraded. The towel rack above the sink fell out of the wall and the carpet is old and dirty. Water ran off the shower door and leaked onto the floor outside the shower. The lobby was poorly lit which made it looked uninviting.
