The cool thing about Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington by Mall of America is that it offers a complimentary airport shuttle service 24/7, making it convenient for guests traveling to and from the MSP International Airport.

I’ve stayed there a few times and utilized the parking and shuttle to the airport and it was great. This last time there was not so good. When I called and booked our room I also requested parking for a week and a shuttle to and from the airport. The booking agent told me no problem with parking and shuttle. He told me to make arrangements once I checked in. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told by the front desk I could not leave my car there and use the shuttle and there was nothing she could do. I was very confused by that. She didn’t seem to care and said we would have to make other arrangements and park somewhere else. We had no choice but to park at the airport which was quite costly. I felt like we were misled upon booking and no one would help us. Needless to say we won’t be staying there again. Which is too bad because we really enjoyed your hotel and bar area. I will say however the service at the bar was excellent as always.
Shelby and Joseph were excellent. Very welcoming, polite, fun.

Breakfast is available in Jake's Kitchen and Bar. Order off of the menu or select our buffet option which includes continental items, oatmeal, made to order eggs, omelettes and Belgian waffles. Coffee, juice and tea are included in the buffet price of $14 for adults and $7 for kids 4-12yrs, 3 and under are free.
Surface parking is $10 nightly; underground parking is $20 nightly.
